It was about body modifications. It showed this guy putting metal pieces under their client's scalp so they could screw in horns, or just have nubs pushing up their skin. I had to change the channel right before he was going to split his wife's tongue so she'd look like a snake. Yuck! I started watching this show on tv one day. It was about body modifications.
